This is my favorite way to have whole Salba seeds!
All you need is 2 tbsp. per day. Mix with water
and watch the magic happen. The seeds are incredibly
small, but hold 12 x their weight when water is added.
Stir and enjoy. ( In addition to unparalleled nutrition, it
is also great for weight loss, and can be used as a meal
replacement. Easily digested but provides a full feeling.)
